Notts Help Yourself - The place to find info and services for Nottinghamshire all in one place.

Be U Notts - Early mental health and emotional wellbeing support services for children and young people.

Hope Again - Support for young people, aged 12-25, when someone passes away.

Mind - Various resources online for young people including mental health support.

No Panic - No Panic offers advice, support, recovery programs and help for people living with phobias, OCD and any other anxiety-based disorders.

Crimestoppers - Support for reporting crime.

The Mix - The Mix is the UK’s leading support service for young people. We are here to help you take on any challenge you’re facing - from mental health to money, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs.

The Wolfpack Project - We are Nottingham’s only youth organisation dedicated to reducing loneliness and promoting positive mental health among people aged 16-35.

Children's Bereavement Centre - Open to children aged 3-18 offering a welcoming and safe environment for them and their families to receive help and guidance.

Sibs - Support for brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults.

 

Talk to Frank - Honest information on drugs, get advice and support via the website.

Harmless - Harmless is an organisation who works to address and overcome issues related to self-harm and suicide.

Activities

Ask Lion - Activities and support in Nottingham.

Base 51 (Nottingham City) - 

Our youth sessions run every Monday, Thursday and Friday, 4pm - 7pm (11-17 years).

Outburst is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Sessions are 50p.

 

To take part in activities at Base 51, you'll need to sign up for a free membership online or in person.

Sidekick - Sidekick is a confidential helpline for young carers aged
13-18 in the UK.

Young Minds - If you are a young person struggling to cope, you can text YM to 85258 for free, 24/7 support.

Shout - Shout is the UK's first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service for anyone who is struggling to cope. Text 85258.

Kooth - Free, safe and anonymous online counselling for young people. Counsellors available until 10pm every day.

Samaritans - Anyone can contact Samaritans, no matter how old you are. Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. We're here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 116 123.
